Great Portland Street
Our Indoor classes at Great Portland street Boot Camp provide something different to your typical health club workout. Come to our indoor training sessions at ISH for a class that caters for your needs and ability, creating a keep fit regime that really works. We have a range of classes to choose from including Zumba, Boxfit and Bootcamps.
Holland Park Boot Camp meets at the bottom of the sports field, near the Kensington High Street entrance to this beautiful park. Each class is an hour long, incorporating a warm up with stretches, followed by circuits and cardio and stretches to cool down. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
Keepfitbootcamp Hyde Park meets on the fields opposite the Stanhope Palace gates of the Bayswater road . This is the next entrance along from Speaker Corner and is a short walk from Marble Arch tube station.
We meet at the at the entrance to Lincoln Inn Field opposite Sir John Soane's Museum. The classes are run at lunch time twice a week allowing you to escape the office and enjoy a challenging and rewarding work out.
Each class is an 45 min to an hour long, incorporating a warm up with stretches, followed by a variety of circuits, cardio boxing and flexibility work. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
