More About KeepFit Boot Camp
KeepFit Boot Camp was founded by Will Tuffin, offering outdoor keep fit classes and personal training services.
After serving 6 years in the British army where keeping fit and challenging your self is a part of the day to day routine. I knew that when I decided to leave that pursuing a career in health and fitness would be an ideal path to take.
The bootcamp we offer do have some similarities to military fitness classes but also bring individual expertise from the instructors who combine in deepth knowledge of group training and a passion to help others improve their fitness
Each ‘Boot Camp’ class is different and progressive with the aim for all participants to benefit and work at their own ability but be challenged and motivated.
The classes are not your typical health club set workout, and if you’re a bit of a slacker at the gym or never seem to get anywhere with your program or even a complete fitness phobic then these class will get you out of your comfort soon and make you work.Meet The Team
